Datsun Roadster gas cap, OEM Nissan, fits 1963 - 69 models*

Description

Up for sale is a
NOS OEM Nissan gas cap with two keys;
this fits and locks correctly for all models of Datsun Roadsters that have the early type filler neck (usually 1963 - 69 models).  This cap has a matte-like finish, not the original chrome finish of the original roadster gas cap.
Please note that this cap has been test fit onto a filler neck so the wear ring is present on the leather gasket and visible in the 2nd photo.  Also note that there may be flaws in the finish that may or may not be obvious at first glance.
The early type filler neck has the vent line fitting (visible from inside the trunk) that has a 90 degree bend in it so that it ends parallel to the filler neck and not perpendicular like the later emission control type.  If you have the later type filler neck, you can purchase an early type filler neck separately and still use this cap as the filler necks are interchangeable.
Shipping rates listed on the shipping calculator for within the U.S can be combined should you win one or more of my other auctions but the actual shipping discount can only be determined after the auctions have closed.
