Unusual Antique - Partially Lustre-glazed with High Style Art Nouveau Floral & Vines Motif

Designs are Eosin-glazed (Iridescent Luster) Green, Yellow-Gold & Red
Inside Vase is Red/Maroon/Brownish in Color
Top Lip is Very Dark Brown, Nearly Black
Bottom Edge is Lighter Brown
Bottom is Painted Red & Shows Marks
What may Appear as Paint Loss to Exterior Could Be Just the Way it Was Hand-Painted
