What it is:
Hot Film wax is a Newgeneration of stripless waxes.
Due to adding of the specific components, wax has unique properties
and advantages:
• Film Wax has lower melting temperature 40 - 45 °C degrees
• Film Wax completely duplicates the relief of depilated area, catches
all hairs close to the skin surface, which allows to remove hair from
hard-to-reach zones on the first try
• Applied in thin layer using the spatula regardless of hair growth
direction
• Film Wax application can’t be broken during removal
• Film wax sticks to the hairs only, but not to the skin, reducing the
pain and the skin irritation during the procedure
• Film Wax due to long heating effect (5-12 seconds) well steams the
skin, catch even short and coarse hair and after all set up
• Film Wax is removed as a film, depilate all the hairs with roots, does
not leave any broken hairs, irritation and redness
• The number of applications to the treated area in the 3 times smaller
comparing to traditional hot wax

Ingredients:
Colophonium (Rosin), Glyceryl Rosinate, Ethylene/va Copolymer, Paraffin, Cera Alba (Beeswax), Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, C.I. 15850 (D&C Red 6).
Directions:
Depilation procedure for Film Wax Italwax
1. Preheat wax for working temperature of 40 - 45 °C degrees.
2. Treat depilation area with alcohol-containing lotion to degrease the
skin and remove residues of cosmetic products.
3. Apply small amount of talc.
4. Apply a thin layer with spatula of wax regardless of hair growth
direction but towards you, leaving a small “lobe” which will be later
used as grip (aim performing armpit depilation in one application).
ATTENTION!
Do not rush during application, press spatula
thoroughly with necessary force.
5. Wax will harden in 4-10 seconds. During this period wax will catch
all hairs completely (when touching, ready for removal wax should not
stick to the hand).
6. Preliminarily stretching the skin in direction opposite from the tear-
off, remove wax with fast movement away from yourself and parallel
to the skin.
7. Repeat procedure at the next section.
8. Upon completion of depilation treat skin with soothing, cooling,
oil-free product Italwax.

We charge flat-rate shipping, and there is no extra cost to ship to AK, HI, PR, or PO boxes, these are all fine. Except for heavier or larger orders, then it is charged a flat rate + however much additional weight. Shipping cost includes packaging cost including time and materials.
Smaller items will normally ship USPS and heavier items will normally ship FedEx Ground (2lbs+).
Heavier items going to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, or PO boxes will ship via USPS parcel post.
Packages valued 0 or more will ship with signature required upon delivery.
Items will normally ship within 2 business days from the date of payment clearing (but most items will ship the next business day).
You can typically expect to receive your item in under a week for smaller items, or 5-9 days for larger heavier items shipping ground delivery.

International Shipping

Incorrect Shipping or Missing Item
Le Eyelash endeavors to provide the highest quality customer service and satisfaction, but we are human, and occasionally we do make mistakes in packing orders and shipping. In the event that we made mistakes with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your wrong shipment/missing item, and we will take steps to correct it immediately to your satisfaction.
We will ship you your corrected order in same day turnaround. The corrected shipment will also include a return shipping label inside that has an RMA number on it to return the wrong shipment to us in it's original shipping container. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees to receive your correct shipment, or to return the wrong shipment to us.
