Set of 2 Bumper Brackets Front? Chevrolet 1936 ? Master Nice! Unknown Chevy 1935

OEM Bumper Brackets used, restored
These appear to be taken off a restored car. Nice shape. Painted, but show some paint wear on edges and at bolt holes. Looks like bolted to a bumper, but not bolted to a car after restoration. See photos.
Note measurements.
I was told they are for front. Confirm.

Maybe around 1934, 1935, 1936 ? era... hopefully you will know.
These were shipped from Tennessee to California in 1979 and never used. They have been mummified (wrapped in newspaper for 42 years).
Still need to identify if front or rear and what car they came from. Possibly 1936 Chevrolet Master
or 1939 Buick ?? (past estate cars) or something different.
I have one larger one the was from other end of car. Will list after searching in a few areas for the another one... if not found I’ll list as single.
