Walker Turner model 1216 - 32 Drill Press freestanding for parts restore in ny.  It's been sitting outside  under a tarp.  But stuff still got siezed.   The handle to make drill go down is siezed.   Electric motor is siezed.   But the part the belt spins with chuck spins freely.   Chuck is siezed.     Base is not broken.    The table isn't broken.    There's a tin belt cover with hinges.
It's broken at one of the hinges .  It's about 6 feet tall.
